Can topical roflumilast replace topical corticosteroids, or are they meant to be used in tandem?

You. So for years we've talked about topical corticosteroids. We love them, but we're really looking for other alternatives, things where we can lessen the steroid load that our patients face when it comes to chronic use. This is one of the other exciting parts about topical rofumols, which is steroid free, not a corticosteroid, therefore eliminating some of those risks we might see with chronic treatment. Now in terms of the way it was studied, was studied as monotherapy, meaning that patients were not using concurrent topical corticosteroid therapy in the real world. I would guess probably as we get some data over time, there might be some combination uses out there. For instance, areas you could think about, those really sensitive areas people might be concentrating the reflummylastin, other areas where they need a higher volume of agent, perhaps there might be topical corticosteroids. But the way that I'm treating my patients is largely based on that clinical trial data, and we're using it as monotherapy in my clinical setting for that psoriasis.
