Should I consider the 40-GEP test in lower risk patients?

You. The 40 GEP test is not just for horendomas or very, very high risk tumors. You also have to think about tumors that are perhaps, maybe not as high risk as we understand our staging systems over and under stages. And so it would be great if we could test every single squamous cell, but of course, that's not very feasible. So instead, I want you to consider those that have other high risk features, such as it was growing very fast or it was very large. If we think about, for example, the Brigham and women's criteria, there is published evidence or published data to show that even tumors that are t one, in other words, those that don't have the four factors found in the Brigham and women's criteria, the test, the 40 GEP, is able to identify three quarters of those patients that go on to have a metastasis. So it's not a needle in a haystack. It really helps identify even patients that are lower risk within the high risk cohort who is actually, it helps stratify those patients as well.
